MALAKA
Malaka is a concept design for a silk museum located in a city of Malaysia of the same name. It is not only part of the world's most important silk trade route but is also the location of the largest maritime strait in the world. The area is dominated by the dismantling of gigantic merchant ships.
The architectural structure, designed to celebrate the ancestral route of silk, utilises the steel of the ships and consists of four meditation gardens articulated around the central museum creating the form of a monolith silk flower.
